We at World of Angus love dogs, but we especially love our pits! It’s almost impossible to resist their droopy faces and wiggling bums. Even the most famous stars of Hollywood are having a hard time fighting the urge to adopt all the bullies.

1. Katherine Heigl
Katherine Heigl is known to be a little controlling and overly organized, much like her roles in film, but what many people don’t know about her is that she is a strong rescue advocate. Katherine Heigl has her own pack of eight rescue dogs, including some adorable pit bull pups. Here she is with her beloved rescue Apollo.
2. Jessica Alba
One of the hottest celebrities in Hollywood, Jessica Alba is also a proud pit bull mom. She can be seen walking her dog Bowie and her pug Sid.
3. Jennifer Anniston
Jennifer Anniston is well known for her rescue efforts. She recently adopted an adorable pit bull pup named Sophie, after visiting her local animal shelter. She says it was one of the toughest choices she’d ever made, wanting to take home all the dogs. She named Sophie after “Sophie’s Choice.”
4. Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel is a pit bull lover as well! She has three pits, one of which is named Tina. Tina has her own weekly Twitter/Instagram hashtag #TuesdaysWithTina, and is often spotted hiking with Jessica or Justin Timberlake around Hollywood.

Cesar Millan, the famous dog trainer from television, is well known for his firm belief in pit bulls. His right hand pups, Daddy (RIP) and Junior, are key assistants in his work training dogs with behavioral issues. Pit bulls are Cesar’s favorite dogs!

Kaley Cuoco is Hollywood’s most famous pit bull advocate. With three rescues of her own, Kaley is often involved in positive pit bull PSAs and rescue advocacy. 7. Norman Reedus
Norman Reedus, our favorite Walking Dead star, is not only a wicked zombie slayer, but a loving pit bull parent. Rumor has it that Norman asked TWD producers if he could have his dog on the show. They decided against it, because fans would end up liking the dog more than the human characters.
8. Alicia Silverstone
The “Clueless” actress doesn’t spend much time in the limelight now, but she does spent it with her rescue pit bulls. Alicia Silverstone is a #1 pit bull fan, and is often spotted with her family walking the pups around town. One of her pit bulls, Butterfly, is nicknamed “The Pig.” A very fitting name for a bully!

The Daily Show host, Jon Stewart, isn’t well known for his love of pit bulls, but he is a wonderful dog dad. He has three pups named Shamsky, Monkey, and Champ. Champ is an ador-a-bull three legged pit bull, often seen walking around with Jon.
