In this clip, a group of men devise a plan to save a drowning dog from a water reservoir.
In most third world countries, where stray dogs walk the streets as citizens, there are open water reservoirs that are fenced off and protected from humans. In most cases, funding of these reservoirs are dedicated to constructing a functioning water system, not to protect it from outliers, especially not from animals.
When a group of men in Kazakhstan found a dog drowning in a nearby reservoir, they devised a plan to link arms and rescue it. Since most reservoirs have steep declining walls, they would need each other as much as the dog needed them. The dog seems to be aware of his saviors as he waits patiently when the men need to unlink, adjust, and link again. These good samaritans not only saved the dog, but received international praise from every on-looker, virtually, and physically.
